Re: VR poll: Are you using / considering VR for sim flying?

I have a rift, its truly brilliant. Dcs v1 and aerofly 2 have both been amazing however for comfort, clarity of image and fluid framerates for other games i prefer 2d. I dont usually spend more than 45 mins at a time in vr and dogfighting in vr is very intense!

Re: Air Combat Group Russian Campaign Trailer

Good job, some nice editing and use of music.

I know you probably can't do it alone but it would be good to add some more formation flying and voice comms as that is what sets acg apart.

Re: Hi all

It's very different flying a fully loaded machine to an unloaded one I did the same thing in my first mission. Don't worry about navigation too much for the mission just keep sight of your squad.

Re: New Member

You will have a blast, your post reminds me of when I started out more than 4 yrs ago. I would have advised myself then to brush up on formation flying, be able to navigate home and know your chosen aircraft and how to get the best out of it with radiator settings etc. But whatever your level you wi...

Re: TF5 - Useful North Africa bases information?

I'm happy to hear any news from TFS even if it's not a release date and am glad things are still progressing. Hope it's as realistic as possible for the map.

Re: The end of the beginning (P40 sexy time)

Nice video drifter. Was interesting to see our failed bounce from the other side (1st part of your video). We only saw a couple of migs and then lost sight so we completely underestimated the situation and at the same time hashed up the approach. Congrats on the kill to the p40 pilot too, I have eno...
