I was wondering about the "collector planes". Will any of these be needed for an ACG campaign? If they would be, which ones should I look at?

Yep the stuff is pretty bomb proof. Hopefully its usb, the older serial kit will not be as future proof and you cant make use of the nice programming options available.

Isn't the the colour on that Wildcat remarkable after all these years! A while back I was visiting Chicago and had the chance on my flight out from Midway to spend my wait looking at the Dauntless on display there. A fantastic piece of history!

The problem is the gimble in the ffb2, while you could extend it, I’m not sure how the motors or attachments would stand up to the larger force using a longer lever. Hey Spirit, thats the gold plated solution! Check out the Saitek ones, which are a bit further apart or even making your own, there are a lot of images about this.
