If the 970 is too expensive just go for a 960!

Have one myself and I'm really happy with it. Runs Microsoft Word on highest settings and Full HD with 347239520 FPS. Ohh and DCS is no problem aswell on highest settings!

Beautiful, it's in great condition after all these years!
