The Skinning Process requires using a graphics editor that handles DDS format and a BMS LOD Editor to view 3D world objects and associated textures. Changing existing skin textures is a swap out thing, which must be shared with others to see them. However, creating new a/c texture sets is a much more complex process which also changes textures and database, which everyone would have to have the same updated theatre to even be MP compatible.
