As a contributor and thinker out loud...


It's my cogitation that at the beginning of each year we do post the past year's running cost (minus Dickie's trains sets) and total contributions for that FY. Then the ACG as a whole has an idea of what is needed to not only run this fine orgy...err organization; but also when we need to kick in some.

Optionally, and I know this would take some manual effort, the contribution tag is something that can be reset every new year, and replenished after a contribution has been made. Maybe a different color for each year if we don't want to remove past contribution tags. Somewhat like a DMV or MOT sticker.
