Rejoining

Post by Rev » Sun May 03, 2020 8:28 pm

Hello I made a post earlier this year back in January, about rejoining after my two year hiatus, however immediately following this my dog Angus passed away. I know to most people this isn't such a big deal but it really affected me, resulting in my life devolving into work and sleep. I like to think that I am in a better state now, however I do have an immense amount of free time on my hands now and have really rekindled my love for flying. Despite all this I know the policy of commitment ACG is very important and if you choose to decline my request to rejoin I will be understanding.

Thank you, Rev

Rev, that is a brutal thing to go through. I am glad you seem to be healing. One day another pup would be glad to be in your care. Welcome back.

You should try to make one of the training sessions on wednesday and Thursdays...I believe some of the European squads practice on those days in the afternoon around 2 or 3pm EST......and 1st usually practices on Thursdays in the evening around 8pm or so. Hop on TS and chat up some of the guys.

I feel you pain Rev, I'm just today having to make that terrible decision to bring our 17 year old little dog 'Chloe' to be put down. She's given it more than she can give and it's time. It breaks my heart and I can't help feeling we are betraying her, but we can't let her suffer. She is a family member that's all I can say.... so yeah, we all understand what you have been through.

Yeah, It something that you can never prepare for whether it be sudden or not. However making that decision and saying bye for the last time sounds really hard to do... Sorry for your loss.
