Oddly there seems to have been no mention in the press about today's anniversary (either D-Day or the release of our ACG Movie :lol: ). Maybe something to do with the election perhaps? Anyway, it was released 2 years ago and still seems to be racking up positive comments. Almost 5K likes and 828K viewings.

Need to start thinking about another film or event... maybe another Palace fly past for September 15th... or how about a massed Spitfire/109/Mustang fly past in DCS?

A Normandy map flyby would seem to be a winner but how many peeps have it? If its pure numbers, the majority have CloD.

Perhaps we could have formations come from opposing courses at near miss heights for fun?

I'm still salty that they haven't asked us for help with the choreography of 'Dunkirk' dogfight. Maybe BoB remake though... A man can dream.

RAF Rudloe Manor Senior Rates Mess are playing (at their annual Battle of Britain Mess dinner) "The Beginning of the End" (for the 3rd year running). I think they are having it on a loop this year. Some other Mess's around the bazaars are also giving it a go.

I am seeing the Sqn Ldr in charge of the Officers Mess BoB dinner next week, to discuss them playing BOTE at theirs too.
