TS server password (not) issue

I've recently (today, 14:25 edt) tried to join both the AtAG TS server as well as the ACG TS server. I was able to do so earlier, but now it's asking for password to either server. I'll try rebooting my PC, but it's a shot in the dark. Any clues, anyone?

Now I've tried to join the TS public server and got a notification that I've been permanently banned for " advertising" (???).

Did ATAG ban you for advertising? Or was it our TS server? Very strange.

Hello Dickie,
Now when I try to join ATAG's TS server a window pops up asking for a password. Very odd. I've performed scans for malware with two different services, and found nothing. I've double-checked that I've entered the correct server address to no avail. So far. At least I'm not banned (or I don't get that message, anyway) . I think I'll head over to ATAG and post for an assist there. I appreciate your input. You know, it just goes to show; it's always something!

Well, I just got on ATAG's forum. It's TS server DOES now require a password. Who knew? The password is "calais". I tried it and it works. So, that little mystery is solved. Don't know why I kept getting that "banned" message. Apparently the server believed I was a Russian working on the behalf of Donald Trump, and trying to hack to see who was talking about him.

Our ts needs a password would stop 99% percent of trolls of course onebad would know the password so you cant have 100%

If one person would be 1%, then that means we would have 100 trolls on our TS server. I don't think we have that manny trolls. I think banning Kildren from the TS server would atleast make sure that 80%, banning Onebad would fix the other 20%.
