Up voted issues as requested, now please read and consider mine: (login = AV8R)

http://tfbt.nuvturais.de/issues/610

----------------------------- Vote yes, green arrow up --------------
Bug #610

Navigational Illumination loss of functionality: Smudge pots, NAV markers and landing headlamps.

Il2-1946 supported both smudge pots (air field landing lights) and aircraft navigation wing tip markers (port - red, starboard - green), and landing headlamps if the model carried them. All of these were user enabled and disabled while in flight with key commands. They facilitated better VFR flying and ground operations in all weather and lighting conditions. The loss of this functionality in CLOD reduces the: immersion, historical accuracy and playability in all ambient conditions.

Good one, upvoted. You need to do some research for them, TF_Artist is asking for more. Clearly the Hurricane had a landing lamp in the leading edge of each wing.
