Well my system is as follows
6g gigabyte gtx980ti xtreme,
Intel Core i5 6600K Unlocked Skylake,
16 GB 3000 DDR4 Memory,
acer 28" g-sync monitor 144hz running at 1080
I followed Bunny settings and it is a lot better I have to test the Frame rate over towns and cities yet so I'll try that tonight. :salute:

May today be better than yesterday, but, not as good as tomorrow.

Flyby wrote:hey Bunny,
how do your settings fit with the new contact (spotting) implementation on 4.5? I fiddled with various settings for the longest in trying to improve my contact spotting. I even dropped rez to as low as 13x, and tried everything from there on up. Finally, I submitted, and ran 4.312 at native rez (2560x1440) with Nvidia 3d settings all reverted to global settings. I was at peace with the result (acceptable) until I came across your post today. Hence, the question.
thank you,

Hey Flyby - I can spot bombers at 10km easily, if that helps?

Hello Bunny,
10km is a good indicator of your settings. :nice:
I'll try them after I get the game sorted out. Several issues prevent my fun atm.

Your not alone, he probably posted picture from some beta before they removed shadows option from game, i also have far static shadows and no shadows option like on bunnys picture

I use same settings as on 4.3 and have 10-15 fps less, now in 4.5 is mostly at stedy 50-60 so its no problem. I belive its because of enhanced cockpit textures they have in 4.5 now, i can live with that, although dont know why remove shadows option, it just limits players

Heres a guide to the Nvidia control panel, there are a few on the net but this covers a lot.
