The first maps are very commonly like this. The reds don't usually join in until map 3. It'll even up a bit, but next time we will be going red for sure. This is just as frustrating to everyone on the server I'm sure.

Overall, long term, I would expect us to do what most large squads do, and that is change sides every campaign. This gives us the opportunity to fly everything long term and makes us better IMO.
