Took off from Marquise West leading schwarm 2 with Villiers and Obermann. Wingmen had computer problems so I tagged along with Schwarm 1. Rendezvoused with bombers and went ahead into England contrailing at 7K. Engaged some targets and got a few bursts off. Exited France with Reinheart and Fox and got engaged with some Spitfires trailing us into the channel. Landed back at Marquise West feeling unsatisfied.

I had been telling Hitler for over a year, since my first flight in an Me-262, that only Focke Wulf Fw-190 fighter production should continue in conventional aircraft, to discontinue the Me-109, which was outdated, and to focus on building a massive jet-fighter force. - Galland
Any idiot could fly a Spitfire, but it took a lot of training to fly a 109. - Gerald Stapleton

Engaged one hurricane at 5km above RAF Rochester he was in a left turn when I fired some shots,
after I hit him he seemed to dive away and I didn't see him after that, which tells me I might have hurt him.

Flew as part of the first schwarm with Esri led by Atreides, after escorting the bombers to target we engaged a Hurricane over England, I fired a couple of bursts at him during the fight however I did not observe any hits - Atreides scored good strikes on him before Esri sadly collided with the Hurricane whilst attacking.

After re-forming off the English coast with Grey we took cover above the bombers and attacked a Spitfire that had fired upon the Stuka's - I scored good hits from his rear and witnessed Grey & Atreides also hit him, As I dove for another pass my right wing collided with the Spitfire due to a mistake on my part, he went into the sea shortly after but I'm unable to claim the kill as Grey & Atreides may have damaged him more than myself, but of more importance he wouldn't be back to bother the stuka's again.

I requested RTB and left Grey & Atreides to deal with another spitfire that had come to battle - made it back to base intact whilst listening to my wingmen continue the fight.

Took off in swarm 2 with Stig Grey and Dub. We quiclky got with the bombers and zigzagged them all the way to the target, i did lose the sawrm a couble of time due to the constant crossover of other swarms which really hurt the situetional awareness and left us open for easy jump kills due to distraction of looking for the right swarm.

After the bombers had dropped their payload we spotted tagets over the airfield, but again the swarm was spillet and i was not certain i was with the right swarm, and it turned out i was not. I dove on the targets and got a bunch of good hits but since we were flying the connonless E-1 we really need to get rid of that, the hits seemed to do nothing. After a way to long fight i figure out Stig is in the same fight, only to 10 seconds later he misdjudge the distance to the enemy and collide with him causing a massive eksplotion.

At this point the fight was over i had shot several hurricans making them stream no idea where they went, and now that Stig was out i was alone. Quicly i found another swarm and followed that the leader seemed to have a orange nose so it must have been 1. swarm with the crazy dutch person leading, with them we found spitfire i think and we start the oblitaration of it now that we outnumber him so much but as i line up the perfekt shot that might have made the 4 machineguns worth while everything suddenly goes black(computer crash), there is nothing i am nowhere, there is no way out im in limbo.

KerOth,

The black out happened to me almost the same place and time as you. Might be evidence of a data hiccup and not just an issue on one PC. Being that we had to restart also is more evidence of this.

Took off with 3 Schwarm under the watchful eye of Hauptgefreiter Bubi. Together with old hands Lee and Stary, we took off in good order and headed for a rendevous with our bombers. Over England we engaged with multiple contacts, Bubi warning me early of a Hurricane on my six and hastily needing to take evasive action. Stary was hit which disabled his controls and had to RTB.

After re-org of our schwarm, we headed back towards the returning Stukas mid channel. Here we contacted with a squadron of Spitfires and we began our attack together with 1 and 2 schwarm. I followed Bubi behind a Spit and watched him get good hits, the tommy tried to escape but was doomed. A nice kill for our schwarm fuhrer!

After a few attacks on more Spits, I turned and found a venting tommy plane on my six. After more evasive manouvers and some help from friendly 109's, he broke off. I dont think he will be making it home.

We get the call to RTB, and soon the coast of France is in sight. Lee puts his 109 down safely and I land back at base with no further problems. A good day for our brave bombers who got through the tommy defences and struck a mighty blow for the Fatherland. JG 26 once again gave the stubborn Englanders a bloody nose, soon they will be using their wooden planes for firewood when the winter comes.

Not much to report on this one. Went up, flew across the channel with my staffel, engaged RAF, got lost, returned to base safely.
