Ah good news. I really love my Warthog handle. As much as I would love to hold a real 109 grip, I'm just not sure how to replace all the functions I have bound to my stick.

How many buttons are on the Gunfighter again?

Warthog (or Cougar) grip could be used in VKB Gladiator PRO and Gunfighter bases, but require a additional electronic adapter installed inside the grip to make compatible - the kit include a different CAM to deal with Warthog grip heavy weight (~1KG), require too load a different button layout in Black Box, flashing their firmware.

Install process showed in this video:

After the grip loose compatibilitity with Warthog base - unless remove the installed parts.

In VirPil/VPC base Warthog/Cougar grip is "BnP" (bolt and play) without extra modifications.
