ARMA 3 missions

Post by Luke » Mon Oct 06, 2014 6:31 pm

So as the title says this topic is about what kind of missions do people want to participate in. With the alive mod anything can be made and it will be dynamic so it will be different every time. So list your Ideas below and I will pick a suggestion for thursday night mission. On another note if you have other suggestions as to what factions you want to play as or play against and what weapons vehicles etc. Just makes the mission building process a lot easier by having all the correct information.

Thanks

This is exactly the kind of missions I want to be doing. I have been subscribe to Jester for quite a while and always enjoy watching his youtube videos. We just need the numbers now and some ideas for missions.

If you are able to attend don't forget to download the mods that are required. For this weeks mission three more mods will be needed in order to play. These will be listed below. The mission this week will be dynamic and will be built on the fly by myself. Anyone interested in joining feel free but please download the mods required for the mission before the mission start on Thursday at 7:30 PM british time.

So here are the extra mods needed for those who don't have them.

Robert Hammer M4/M16 pack - http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=23277
US Marines and Marsoc - http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=22750
Nato SF weapons - http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=21912 (This is required for the US marines and Marsoc pack to work)

75 Rangers pack- http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=19131 (This pack can be classed as one, all you need to do is copy and paste all the files and merge them with the US marines pack)

Do you or have you thought about running the ACRE mod. Its really adds to the immersion using dodgy radio comms. :)

Well I hope that everyone had fun playing the mission last night I did. lets hope that we can get more people attending an then the real fun will begin. On another note we may have to consider using a dedicated server as my PC was being pushed to its limits running the server and playing the game at the same time.

I would be willing to donate some geld to the cause. Seeing that Evolve has decided i'm not a worthy user and crapped out on me.

I had a great night, quality mission with some good laughs. Thanks to Luke for the mission building and the ending was great at night tracers going off flares dropping first class. Just need to sort out my mouse and remember when I kit up I actually put some clothes on. Few more people next week and we will be on a winner.
