If you pre-order Kuban you get both of the premiums. There is no way to get Kuban by itself before it's release.

And what Shade means is it's not in the list because if you have Kuban, then you have the Spit as it's included in the pre-order which is currently the only way to purchase Kuban.

Sorry for derailing the topic. But one more thing to tell. There's a few companies doing sightseeing tours with the JU-52 in Bavaria; flying from Munich into the Alps.
It was during my teens when I flew gliders in that area, that I circled in the thermals and suddenly a Ju-52 (Tante Ju - engl.:"Aunt Ju", how we call them in Germany) appeared in front of me just some 50 m below me. Since those things are so damn slow, I was able to fly next to it for a short while. I think I was high on endorphins for the rest of the day.
