It's certainly a refreshing change after what we've been used to.

 ..........Lol,yeah,there's customer appreciation without the cloak and dagger stuff.....they communicate, and want our input, blimey !

But what really floats my boat Archie is ATAG have no influence over this dev team, and we're not having to wait until the next ice age before the new modules or new maps arrive on our table.

No,this is definitely not what we've been used to,bring it on 8-)

Don't give me a P-39
With an engine that's mounted behind
It will tumble and roll, and dig a big hole
Don't give me a P-39

Bos is graphically very nice especially with the gorgeous looking Kuban map. The sounds are OK aswell. But that's it. It still seems like IL2:1946 when it comes to flight model, damage model and the fact they can bang out an aircraft with very few bugs in less than 6 months is more evidence of just that. Basically it just does not wow me at all in any way. its more like an add on to IL2 1946.

''All you BoX haters here need to try this game after the latest patch a couple of days ago.

All you need is the basic Battle of Stalingrad then join the kuban map on an online server.

I always said that the BoX series was good but it just never made me go WOW, that was until I flew tonight with some of the 64 and 610 guys.

What they have done with the latest patch is AMAZING!! whether it be flight models, force feedback or the absolutely stunning KUBAN map.

I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN, ALL YOU DICKHEAD HATERS OF BoX series IN ACG (THIS INCLUDES ME) NEED GET ON THIS.

Talk to some of the regulars for the settings tweaks and your good to go.

WOW, JUST FUCKING WOW.

And a little note for Dicksprey (or whatever name you hide behind) if you dont give this game a try, your are the biggest CUNT in the squadron!!!''
