What headtracker do you use? Track IR, DELANCLiP?

I've experienced this twice before, but having said that it's not happened for a while. Some guys in my unit have experienced it recently though. Someone mentioned it may have something to do with your flare gun being out although i can't confirm if this is the reason why guns won't fire..
