Re: Eduard 1/48 Fw 190 A3 9./JG26 campaign markings
I love it, these birds were often more worn than we think. It’s a real challenge to find the right time. In that case, you have it. Secu Depends on the time of the war. I am just listening to the war diary of a fighter pilot of 7./JG 77 and at some point in the first half of 1944 the mechanics tell...

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Even Persona and I lagged at Triqueville, but it was only just the two of us spawning there. After a minute or so the rubber banding vanished ... for the moment. Over the beaches we didn't have any performance issues. My FPS were stable between 40 and 50. The rubber banding just returned when the Th...

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Apologies to all of you guys! Due to the events in my country, the presence of security has been increased, so on Sunday, May 7, I am extraordinarily engaged in two banks, and therefore I will not be able to attend the mission. You have a free place for a Mosquito! :salute: Thanks for letting us kn...

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Wait it's cutting the Mustang for realism reasons? Even without MW-50 the K4 isn't exactly a G-6. Also, not in massive numbers by any means, but there were P-51Ds flying sorties over Normandy on D-Day. The numbers weren't terribly different from the first bubbletop Thunderbolts on D-Day. Realism wi...

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
MW50 will be disabled for the K-4.
So this K-4 holds still some advantages, but not as massive as with MW50.

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Mustang D wasn't a thing on D-Day and there are plenty of planes to choose from. And there's a sale going on right now.
And if this doesn't work, you can trial any DCS plane for 2 weeks.

Re: Der Gabenschwanz Teufel
Hi Tauront!
I don't want to smartass, but it's called "Gabelschwanzteufel" in German. "Gabel" means "fork".
The Luftwaffe pilots gave this name to the Lightning because of the split tails. And because it was fast and deadly armed, they thought of it as a devil with two tails.
Cheers,
