I apologize Cougar, the last two times that you invited me to fly I have been busy. Today I was busy with some major changes to my simpit. I had thought I would have finished yesterday but I was unhappy with the first results so I redid it. Here is the finished (sort of) throttle mod for my Viper pit. I have been wanting to add backlit switch panels to my pit for a while. One of the problems is the rather large footprint of the Cougar throttle. So I mounted it inverted, added a 1 3/8" x 1/2" x 12" aluminum arm, and an articulated adapter for the grip and a throttle guide (rough for now but later I will cut a nicer version out of HDPE). I had to add a new wiring harness (that is what I was busy with today) from the controller board to the grip. That meant that I had to re-solder every connection.
