BMS on 4K UHD HDR 55" HDTV

Post by Bubi » Thu Mar 23, 2017 4:31 pm

Been flying BMS and DCS off this Samsung curved display and it works brilliantly for both...

Cockpit is almost 1:1 in size comparison to TM Cougar MFDs

Even that "other" sim looks great. The gauges are very readable and almost 1:1 in size.

Using the Baur KG-13D grip for the Me109G off a Warthog gives some extra immersion

And still works fine for movies off NetFlix

Hope to see you lads in the skies soon
Cheers

One for the significant other too?

Get a 4Gbvram 970 GTX NVidia or better to drive it.

Hey Bubi, always good to see your posts. So anyway yes, you have succeeded. I have screen envy... Bit difficult to slide that 55-inch monster in past the wife though so I'm probably stuck with what i have. :(

Yes success! Anything, including buying a gadget, to get my ole buddy to fly by and say "Hi"...
