Trumpeter 1/32 P-40M 112 squadron markings

Muddy asked me to have a go a at building this for him.

A lot of 1st's in this build, 1st Trumpeter kit, 1st 32nd scale, 1st time doing photo etch flap details, 1st time building for some one else and 1st time posting a kit out.

Painted using a mix of Mr color, Aqueous Ak real colors Tamiya acrylics and ammo mig. Used montex masks for the sharks mouth, insignia, cockpit frames and code letters.

That PE looks hellish, but certainly worth it

It was surprisingly nice to work with. Because of the scale it's a little thicker than the Eduard stuff I'm use to. The worst bit was getting the right rib in the right slot as all the sizes are slightly different.
