Yep. I do get target fixated.
Re: Rise of Flight Screenshots
Monday nights missions were good fun as per usual.
Here is Nev chasing down an Eindecker. Moments before I followed in and then the Eindecker collided with me.
29 still need to practise landing it seems. Here is Bully hanging out with the lads.

Sorry for the giant post, N.57 is excited to finally share a peek at some of the adventures of these fine Frenchmen get up too. Currently the battle has moved over Ypres in 1917 and the Nieuport 17 is showing its age against the enemy Albatros' and with years of fighting N.57 can field only a few pilots per sortie. Today Spectre and Miek are sent to intercept fighters seen heading towards a friendly balloon but when they arrive they're met with a fierce fight in store for them!
Germain Lacourly (Spectre - Red Streamer) spots contact above!
He turns to meet them head on,
Spectre may be in more trouble than he realizes!
Luckily, Hamelin Irvine (Miek - Blue Streamer) is ready to support!
The battle gets rough and Spectre gets wounded
But Spectre and Miek soon turn the fight in their favour
One Hun down!
Uh oh! A hun from the sun...
....or not, gotta watch your angles Fritzy!
Spectre lets loose on the final Hun..
The deadly round!
Miek looking fly
Spectre viewing his hardwork
Spectres engine finally quits and he's forced to crash land, down rough but alive!
Contacts! Miek has got company, he has to run for it!
Hes attacked on the ground, bloody bastards!
Miek may have been wounded, but he was recognized for his courageous actions during the sortie!
Overall we brought down three enemy fighters but were both wounded in the process, a constant theme for these hardy Frenchmen. They say that N.57 pilots are more lead than human now
Here are some filtered shots that I played around with;

Aye, and what lovely planes you have...
I must go up to the skies again, to the peace of silent flight, To the gull’s way, and the hawk’s way, and the free wings’ delight;
And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.
