My monkey butler does a fine job of passing up a bottle of fizz and a tray of canapés from under the seat when we reach the smoother sections of the flight... :D

I must go up to the skies again, to the peace of silent flight, To the gull’s way, and the hawk’s way, and the free wings’ delight;
And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.

Yeah,you've completely missed the point here friend.....one it wasn't Pariah making the point re the DH2 blindspot,it was me,lol,but more importantly,I'm not complaining here,it's just an observation,a bit of banter,fun,aka having a laugh.

Kudos to you for being able to loop the loop in a Handley Page Halifax BTW,we're all impressed here.

Happy days eh ? :D

I think the DH5 wins the 'most useless British scout aircraft' award.

Hehe. Not a bad ground attack craft but useless in the role it was designed for.

Funny how the DH4 bomber was built at the same time and probably was a better fighter than the DH5 was...
