EVENT: Battle of Prokhorovka TEST (Sunday 16 MAY 19:00 BST)

Post by Rotebrink » Mon May 10, 2021 11:49 pm

Hi folks!

Lepra and I have been working hard to recreate the Battle of Prokhorovka! The mission is set up so that red is attacking and blue is defending, as the real battle actually played out, and it includes both tanks and aircraft. We're hoping to get some cooperation happening and want to at least try to balance things, so for these reasons we've created a sign-up sheet (link below). More information will be added throughout the week!

(You do not need Tank Crew to play, you have access to basic tanks with BoX)

Sign-up sheet:

Also worth checking out is Jackman's fantastic tanks intro tutorial:

UPDATE: Briefings have been sent out via Discord! If you have any ideas as to how you want to go about the mission you can start chatting with your platoons/flights now. You can also check in with the other platoons on your side to see what they're planning. I don't think we have a leader for red side yet, but it seems Doc is taking charge of blue. If you have any questions or feedback, the best place to reach me is on Discord. Thanks guys!

Stalin’s snarling beasts stand ready to tear across Mother Russia’s beautiful lands.

Thanks for setting that up guys. Looking forward to the mission.

BTW. why this topic has April in it's name instead of May?

I jumped into your tag team Paddy. We only need a Hero of the Soviet Union to lead us against the fascists.
