Thanks Donkey That's very generous of you.
In Ireland we have something like Gumtree it called Done Deal, I will start to look on it .Do you think if I find something someone would tell me if its any good or the right price as I would not have a clue.
I will also look to see if I can get the parts for the first PC that Spigot suggests.
What are the Tech spec's I should be looking for in a used pc

This, for instance, would suit. Seller doesn't specify how much memory, but I'd guess at 8 GB. And if it's less than that extra memory is very easy to fit.
But to answer your question, for a secondhand PC I'd look for an intel i5 cpu and an nvidia gtx 970 GPU. 8 GB memory (16 if lucky), SSD would be nice as the drive, but a mechanical HDD would be fine too. If an SSD you will ideally want 256 GB as the smaller 128 GB ones won't leave much room for anything beyond windows and BoX (and again, replacing an SSD is easy). If a mechanical HDD it will be bigger so no worries there.
If you see something that you think looks good post it here and we'll be able to advise.

Re: Budget Gaming PC
That's a decent CPU for the price, can't find anything better on that site myself.

Re: Budget Gaming PC
I'm sure I have my old system still under the stairs specs below.
I5 3570k
Z87 ASUS motherboard
Evga GTX 970sc 4GB
8gb ram
128gb SSD with windows 10 installed.
1tb HDD
500W Psu
Trouble is im in UK so dunno how much postage would be but would only want about £275 for it.
I'll have to dig it out and test it first as well as I haven't used it since I built my system nearly three years ago.

Re: Budget Gaming PC
Very generous offer there Arc, and that's a decent system. Sending it may be a bit of a faff with Brexit and customs, but at 275 GBP, just over 300 EUR, there's more than enough for postage and a budget monitor (like this one https://www.ebuyer.com/960880-lenovo-d2 ... 62a0kat1uk) ... and maybe even a track IR (which I'd get before rudder pedals if you don't already have one) if you push to 600 EUR. Having it come with win 10 is a huge plus.
Re: Budget Gaming PC
Instead of TrackIR you can use this:

I have it and it works really good. With only 50 bucks instead 200 it leaves more room for other things.
