After the last update for Tobruk\Cliffs I now have the graphics issues described above . Several years ago I had the same problem but it went away ?.
Made no changes to my entire system but after the latest update to 5.010 its back with a vengeance . Tried the solutions suggested above but no improvement .

42 in. Samsung 4 K - Nvidia 1060 ( 6 gig ) -- 32 bit \ 8 bpc \RGB \Full . Clod @ 1920x1200 , Desktop@3840x2160 (native)

suggestions ?

Dange is the graphic card a 1060 or a 2060?
