FIX: Stutters in Win8.1 with some nVidia cards

Credit for this find by Looky to cure stutters in high end GPU's on Windows 8 systems. After installing the nVidia hotfix drivers version 350.12 you do not need to fix the FPS for your card to maintain smoothness.

Install the nVidia driver from here:

NB: Later drivers will be also include this fix.

Nvidia released another driver today.
350.12 whql.
I can confirm these drivers work perfectly in cliffs online on win 8.1

I spoke with Godman, and he confirmed this fixed his Win8.1 micro-stutters too. Flew our Campaign mission on Sunday, and everything was butter smooth.

CloD MP is like a totally new sim for me!! incredible!

Toxic had stopped flying because of this problem but now he said it fixed his too :)
