Hi there, I have installed the FaceTrackNoIR software but it doesn't "signal" my webcam to switch on and capture. I'm not sure if anything is interfering with it, and everything else that might be doing that is vital stuff (keyboard, joystick etc). Any ideas?

Are you using the Ps3 Camera or some other make?

It's a Logitech 200 Webcam. Not particularly great. Thing is that it works quite well as a clean install of FaceTrackNoIR, but doesn't start up the webcam if I make the changes mentioned in the OP. It feels weird and janky. I'll fiddle about with it a bit and get back to you later.
