Snafu and myself will be coming from the netherlands to stansted and it makes sense if we go to the Novatel too and stick to the plan the boys want. When do you plan to book for rooms?
Will it be necessary to do car rentals or are there sufficient local folks with means of transport?

5th has booked rooms mainly for friday to sunday 10th - 12th july, a few of us fly home on monday. Last we checked there was only a few rooms left so be quick. I think at the moment we have three cars to use with 17 seats and currently 10 confirmed already coming so there is still a bit of room left.
