I don't know know how anyone would want to ever go back to 2D after flying VR.

Haven't used it, but am considering it when it becomes better and cheaper - so probably not for aother five years or so...

And since Cliffs does not support it atm, I'm not too keen on buying right now. For BOS it's to throw pearls before swine...

I wasn't that bothered and was going to hold out until things improved but upgraded PC towards the end of last year then received my VR headset two weeks back. Now absolutely impossible to go back to flying without it. The little grasp of interested that sims like CLoD had has now gone knwoing I won't be able to fly in VR.

Plus there is VR cricket and most of time has been spent in that.....

Eventually I will move to VR for flight simming. It's the next logical step in the one goal flight sims have, immersion. If I want eye candy I can play pseudo sims and anything below, like IL-2 1946 and Warthunder.

Only thing holding VR back really is its price tag, and the hassle of moving from other tracking systems with all of its kinks kinked out from years of experimentation.
