Re: Hello from Downunder
Well, we could use a pilot...
Re: Hello from Downunder
Hei Swinder,
1st, currently flying under 4./ZG26, need pilots as well. They are currently finishing the campaign on 110's and will move to 109 F2's for the next campaign. They are mostly US based. If you fancy the LW you might want to consider them.

Well, I haven't flown 110s since I played IL-2 CLoD years ago - I would have to setup my TM Warthog HOTAS. Currently, I am
using a much simpler x52 throttle and Extreme 3D pro joystick combo for IL-2 GB. But if 1./JG26 are need of pilots, I might be game.
Do 1./JG26 train at a particular time? I have been flying with US-based units for the past few years and note that due to the time difference I can only attend US evening events on US Fridays and Saturdays due to work commitments. (I really need to win the lottery so I can flight sim full-time instead of working LOL)

So I had a sticky beak of your wonderful database and looks like the VVS/PVO is pretty well-staffed at the moment but LW could use some more pilots, especially 4/ZG26. Anyway, I am happy to fly LW if that's where you need new pilots.

Re: Hello from Downunder
We'd be happy to have some more pilots in our ranks. We try to have some organized training on Thursday evenings around 8 or 9pm ET, but RL keeps attendance low.... but you can usually catch me on in the afternoons US Eastern time lately until my work schedule changes. If you see us in the 1./JG26 Teamspeak, join us anytime for a chat or flight. Cheers

Hey swinder, was nice flying with you tonight! Welcome to ACG!
Re: Hello from Downunder
Thank you Crane and Jaydog for the lovely flight. I am looking forward to flying with you guys some more. Early morning start was not that bad in the end.
I'm still figuring whether to go LW or VVS, but got to say flying those 109s was good fun.

Re: Hello from Downunder
My top priority is 4/ZG26 at the moment. We have had a run of Mig pilots joining and although there is some room, the LW is in more need now. If you are getting on with the chaps on that Staffel I would encourage you to join them.
