I might be a little premature sending this out (no gaming system currently), however, I plan to have this issue fixed in the next month. Welcome smercer. It's never to premature to join. I joined six months before I had my gear because I just couldn't wait. The fellas really helped be get that sorted out as I progressed. Just take it one step at a time and you'll be flying with us real soon.

I will have to purchase just about everything new 
. All I have currently is an old Microsoft sidewinder joystick which might be good enough to get me flying for now?? Biggest headache I am having is trying to decide if I want a laptop or desktop…leaning towards a laptop just because I spend a lot of time away from home. However I like the idea of being able add and upgrade the components of a desktop as time and money permits . Ahh the pains of first world problems
