Hi Toro , No it's not mandatory we just like to ask , if you decide to join you would be placed in a unit that needs pilots , could be either side most likely allied at the moment flying Spit iX's as they are short , and you would stay with that unit for the rest of the current campaign. When we move to the next campaign pilots have the opportunity to transfer if they wish..

What side would you like to fly Allied or German?

It's still unclear to me? Is it mandatory to choose side from now on and forever? Or only for each upcoming campaign?

We do try to put new pilots into units that are low on numbers first. But it's down to you at the end of the day which side you fly.
If you join it will probably be a Allied fighter unit we would like you to try first.
When you join TS this evening you will be picked up by a guy called Ginger and he will explain it to you.
