Hi Everyone, I was rather intrigued by this community as per I love flight and when I was in my younger years I was quite a fan of IL-2 Strumovik! I wasnt much good at it when I was Five years old shame to say and i had much forgotten about the game all together until I saw Sorcerer Dave's channel and watched a few of his videos playing with you guys, now i know he makes it look rather easy but id love to learn if you would have me! so as such I have purchased Cliffs of Doover and am now proceeding to install it on steam following your instructions to install the patches in hopes of being able to learn a thing or two from you all

Anyway Enough said im going to go and read more about your community and jump onto your teamspeak (My default TS Name Is Vag(I)Tron 5000 Just a heads up )

I hope to hear from someone soon and I look forward to flying in your campaigns!

Brilliant! Well thats good to hear, Hoping my ping wont limit my ability to play effectively however. aside from that once I have Cliffs of Dover installed ill be installing the patches then ill boot up the game and have a practice and figure out all the controls, hopefully sometime after that ill be doing whatever i need to do to fully join ACG!

Thanks Vukac, Hmm I seem to be a little stuck, Just finished installing the game on steam and ive been trying to launch it however it just hasnt worked, ive followed the instructions posted here http://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/forum/v ... f=3&t=1486 but still no luck, however I do not have the Team Fusion patches installed right now so im wondering if that would be why the fix is not working for me?

You will need the TeamFusion patches to play on just about every server in CloD. We have the tutorial on our forums, http://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/forum/v ... f=3&t=2970. That could be your fix.
