The Mighty Eighth - Even if you're not a bomber boy

Post by Paddy » Sun Jul 12, 2020 12:44 am

I take my hat off to the bomber boys, no idea how they ever did it and even the boys that do it now in our Campaigns.

However, this changes everything. I could deffo do this if it meant we could all sit in different positions and fly the one B17 together. And fuck, would it be scary and tense;

Definetly looking forward to this! If it's going to be anything like the old one, it's going to be amazing to be able to do these loooooong bombing missions into France and Germany in multiplayer!

Flight Sim? Or you mean Microprose’s Mighty Eighth? (Sorry, couldn’t resist)

We had fully human crewed B-17s back in the old Air Warrior days (Nax used to fly one) and it was a blast!

We just enjoy being slow, fat targets for you boys Paddy :salute:
