I've been using Windows 10 since I started with ACG and haven't had this problem... Do you maybe have a funky script set up on your warthog?

Re: Windows 10
Just this weekend my TIR centering wasn't working. Opentrack kept telling it was registering CTRL + Joy4 during the bind configuration and I definately wasn't hitting CTRL with Joy4. Hammered the CTRL key a couple of times, apparently clearing some "stuck" state. Now TIR centers just using Joy4.
So, theoretically. What happens if you disconnect your mouse while mapping Joy5?
