Failed to connect to server error

Keep getting message Failed to connect to server. Able to connect to other servers.

Our TS has been down since yesterday. More troubling is the lack of information as to why its down.

I'll be contacting the host about it soon. Waiting to get access. Gromic reset it twice last night and it didn't fix whatever it was.
