AI following players in dogfight

Hello there, just wanted to ask some questions about AI in dogfight.
Is this possible to trigger AI units to spawn/move/follow players when players will reach the waypoint that I placed?

I don't think you can get the ai to follow / wing with a player aircraft in Box? I could be wrong , try the il2 forum there are a lot of pilots / mission builders on there who might know better?

Already done. I searched forums of il2 and didnt found anything so... Just making sure thats not possible.
