Boyezee, since you are not banned from ATAG forum perhaps you can promote your new page there?

Very handy thank you. I'm using these to learn how to make missions today. First I'll make a gunnery practice mission then go from there.

Good, any questions let me know, I'm not an expert with it but I know enough to get by.

I am wanting to create a basic training mission to practice deflection shooting on an enemy that is turning and banking hard and various angles.

How do I get the AI to do this?
All my attempts have not worked and the AI doesn't turn hard enough
Catch me if you can...

Hi Spirit

Not sure as I haven't tried to do this before, if you haven't already it might be worth playing about the AI 'ability' - you can customise each value - for example advanced flying, discipline etc.

But to be honest AI isn't great in CLOD, the bombers are ok as you can make them fly straight and level but with the fighters it is difficult to get them to behave like a convincing enemy fighter, for example a whole squadron of them will often fix on to a single target and do a weird conga when attacking :)

Isn't that how you're supposed to do it?

I'm pretty sure that's how you're supposed to do it.

Certainly that's how we do it in Yellow Section... :D

I must go up to the skies again, to the peace of silent flight, To the gull’s way, and the hawk’s way, and the free wings’ delight;
And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.
