Blenny Training Last Night

Post by Bunny » Wed May 14, 2014 4:30 pm

I just wanted to publicly thank Teepee and Meaker for their *very* patient training session last night on high altitude bombing in the Blenheim. Despite the general noob panic, after an evening's training, myself and Bully managed to hit (the correct) targets, Bully managing it from 17,000ft - all bombs on target! Fantastic experience all round and it doesn't bode well for jerry

Indeed. Also thanks from me to Teepee and Meaks for the help. Took a bit of concentration at the start to try and remember the controls but got used to it. Managed to do over 50% damage to the airfield with Meaks who was also bombing from 17000 ft. Looking forward to giving Adolf something to think about!

Also Mauf gets an honourable mention for flying escort all the way to France (but only a third of the way back :) ) when we went to bomb the airfield, even if he did chicken out and go in a spitfire! ;)

No problem gents, it was all for the common good. :)

The Dark side had better watch out because quite soon we will not only be shooting them out the skies but laying their airfields to waste, too.

Very soon Coquelles could be re-written Cock all.

Yeah, had fun too guys,it was a successful night by all accounts :) glad to hear you guys were able to pick it up from us so quickly, but being 501 stock we knew you were the right calibre ;)

All we've got to do now is organise a night when we can hit the hun on mass, and it would be great if we could also attract a healthy escort too :)

Well, if the fat lady refuses to lay its eggs, all I can do is take a spit and do high altitude escort:P

And the reason I only made one third of the way back was that 109 that took out my aileron and elevator controls with its first salvo while I tried to keep your big derriere clean:P

Solution? Next time fly a Hurricane and pack some extra boxes of this for the derrieres...

:D you were very lucky. People normally have to pay a large amount of money for that view.

I bet. Nitrous is totally into fat bottomed ladies that carry eggs.

And why no Hurricane? Sometimes you have to realign your perspective and get yourself a reminder why the Hurricane is the best plane there is by flying that other plane that's like the prom queen walking down the mall full of shoe shops.
