Hi and thanks for actively working through these, upvoting specific bugs and features that are preferred.
Not sure if you are seeing certain areas (specifically map bugs) being moved to the 'in progress' status but a lot have been fixed with a lot to do. The fixed ones are 'in progress' as they need to be tested in v4.5) but fixes are ongoing :)
Regarding features, I'll be honest and say that we are doing are best to get v4.5 completed and out so features like Oxygen systems (which are planned) won't be in v4.5, however progress is being made on fixing the bugs and although at the moment it's slow....we expect to speed things up once v4.5 is public.

Cheers, MP

Is the tracker up to date or is there a lot a bugs with incorrect status still?

Bug 602 is VITAL. Buzzsaw has known about it for 3 years. For the love of God please tell me that TFS have actually fixed this.......

For all the videos of textures I just have this feeling that 4.5 is going to be a bloody flop.

It seams its not to complex, what we see as in progress is only from bugtracker what is planed at this point to be fixed for 4.5 from what they say.
I tought they fix mutch more stuff from bug list, and they are just not paying mutch atention on updating bug list (because list of bugs fixed for long time is small), but it seams they update it when they fix stuff or as fix is applayed to test versions, and they just dont plan to fix most of bugs on that list for 4.5. Thats just tragic to see only 30 bugs will be fixed after 3+ years.
Then when 4.5 is out, in period betwen 5, there will also be bigger need to fix bugs that are product of 4.5, add new teather, make all stuff for 5 to work in game. Dont know what priority will be on fixing other 200 bugs reported before 4.5 when 5 will have to be out as fast as posible, so money can be made from it for 1C, and good all "it would prolong relise of next patch" excuse will be used then also for not fixing most bugs, just wait and see.

Bugs that are now in progress, from what they say thats bugs that are fixed or in proces of fixing for 4.5 from bugtracker list:

@ StG77_CountZero

Agreed.....I could be wrong here, but I think it's pretty obvious to most of us that TFS have their own agenda that they're working to,regardless of how important any major bug maybe to us,and I'm pretty sure they're not listening to any of our comments to them,if in part,or at all.At the end of the day there's no obligation to take on board these comments,so they'll just do they're own thing IMO.

I also think that the precious TF5 update is no where near any completion,I'd go so far to say, that it's still probably a good twelve months off any release date. How do I come to this wild assessment your ask ?.....Well just take my small personal interest in the flyable Wellington,I haven't seen any pictures of any turret WIP to date, and those turrets will require a lot of in depth work to get them working for a flyable fm.

Not only has there been no pictures, but there hasn't been any mention of them from TFS either, now I could be wrong, and strangely I have been in the past, apparently, but until any pictures of them emerge or that they exist,or are WIP,you can add on six months to a year on for these to be any where near ready for a TF5 release.
I hope work has started,or has been done on them to date,I mean we are some three years down the road now,but I'm still not convinced, and this is my litmus paper test if you like for giving us any rough indication of how long this main update will take to materialise.

We have all been told before by the original creator Oleg, that it takes nearly six months for these CLoD cockpits to be created, and this was with a fully paid staff,so with the Wimpy having those big gun turrets on either end, that's a shit load of work, especially for a volunteer force, not only to create but to get them working in game.

This is why I have asked our good friend Mysticpuma to try and obtain some pics or evidence of these precious turrets, and that they do exist, because without this evidence,I fear we're still a long way off from any release date of TF5.

Remember Team Fusion have also informed us many times over that TF5 will only see the light of day, when all is complete.
This is just one small example of work that needs to be created, and one of which I am very much interested in,obviously, but that job list grows daily, and those bugs that we're all hoping are being sorted out, will also take time,it's been over three years now since all of their work started, and I still reckon there's a long way to go,so I hope you are all sitting comfortably, you're in for a long wait.

Hat's off to Team Fusion for creating all of these requirements/fixes.....they are, apparantly doing this in their free time,so we've been told. Now creating is one thing, but delivering the 'created' is something quite different, and whilst I salute them for undertaking such an epic task, with all respect,I'm not so sure I'll still be waiting around another year on from now, just my honest two half pennies worth.

Hoping to be proved wrong on this account, but I don't think I'm a 100 miles away from the truth here, and btw,I'm not complaining, just my observation of the progress,however....I'm not easily duped either.

Jolly Good Show
:salute:

Currently all work being showcased is v4.5
Once this is out the intention is to focus on v5.00 work in the updates. Each aircraft (new) will get it's own showcase in an update including the Wellington but not necessarily first one to appear.
We currently have two guys working on all the animation, import and scripting for the aircraft but obviously fixes and features in v4.5 are our priority at the moment.
There will be a host of reports/updates and news on new Aircraft, the map, effects, sounds, bug fixes over the coming months. I/we appreciate the community is frustrated but we want this to succeed and I am making sure the community reports/suggestions and questions (where possible) are getting heard.....but I am also aware that the team departments are overwhelmed with work especially since we got the Source Code, however we all want this to succeed, and we'll try our damnedest to make it happen.

Cheers, MP

Few more Bug reports i put in Bugtracker, posting it here also so MP can take a look at them, dont know how offten TF boys and girls checks bugtracker.

905 Bug - Spitfire IIa AI going off runways after he lands
904 Bug - Blenheim AI going off runways after he lands
902 Bug - Strange road near Person/Beaumont-sur-Oise city
901 Bug - Pontoise/Cormeilles Base AI killer hill for North aproach
900 Bug - Querqueville Airbase AI crashing when trying to land from West

I have asked the team to review the entire Bugtracker once v4.5 Beta is finished.
837, 904, 905, 914 and without cross referencing, also the Wellington landing problems have all been fixed.

Hopefully in the next week or so you should see a variety of updates in the Bugtracker. Cheers, MP
