I wish we could bring some No.401 pilots to the party, but we'll all be working at that hour on Thursday :/

Understandable Wolve, but we'll have a campaign again which will be a weekend job.

As for 'mickey mouse', well, try it on Jerry, I suspect your friends will screaming for mercy when 1000 303's are hammering into their engines and canopy! But if you live there will be a few spare strudels for supper

Now, seriously, I suggest that your chaps do follow the main raids, then we shall find you. :geek:

it was definitely great fun yesterday....im really looking forward to fly more missions with combined forces,....and i really hope ZG26 enjoyed it as much as JG26 did....

the only downside....the launcher crashes...dover seems to be the permuda triangle, as osprey called it.
all the blue players had a launcher crash on our second sortie, when we arrived the shoreline of dover...
i restarted the game, took off as fast as possible and flew straigt to dover again, but this time only with Pitti with me...
the result was the same though, my game crashed again directly when i reached dover's coastline.i assume pitti crashed as well, as i saw him spawning next to me a minute later.....

over Manston(first sortie) and over France,Calais it was no problem whatsoever....maybe its really the balloons which cause the problems....

and my only complaint...(i know its gettting old, and some will certainly disagree with me...), but i would really appreciate, if we could get rid of the clouds,.....they are just too bugged in the game unfortunately to be used online.

It has been a very joyful event. ZG26 started at Calais- Marck with 6 Bf110. Very low fps occured but didnt crash a pilot. We headed first to Manston to deliver some initial greetings to our red mates at Manston. Our plan was to fly northwards, turn and then come in from the north. Eastwards Ramsgate we met some AI- Spitfires so Kette 1 dealt with them and Kette 2 continued to Manston delivering the mentioned greetings. Kette 1 lost one plane but managed to down 3 AI spits so we all were able to land safely with 5 pilots. Our next task was Dover Radar, again starting with fps ~ 0,5 and over Dover all of our pilots got a launcher crash. After some talking with our comrades all participants decided to have some dogfight over the channel.

So far the event was a full success. All participants of ZG26 were very happy with it and will come back for sure. Next time mayber we take over to ATAG 2 Server? Lets stay in contact.

When we become proficient, we rehearse an event in detail, we should do a large raid on ATAG and recruit like crazy, taking off when we've each grabbed a new comrade or two in comms.

We/you should do a good video about the possibilities and the fun flying CoD in squads. ATAG is especially good for this because you can unlock outside views afterwards in the track recordings..

Best, Allons!
