Re: TFS, 1C and Copyright Infringements and Confidentiality Breaches
I refrained from posting on this thread while I hoped Buzzsaw would make more explicit his accepting that the dll was not passed. This he has declined to do.
I would point out that his "evidence" that I offered the dll to CZ is legally speaking nothing of the sort. I asked if having the file would help. That's like saying if you had a million quid would you go on holiday. I'm not giving you a million or packing your bags. Now clearly I'm not saying I didn't offer the file privately as I have admitted publicly a number of times. However Buzzsaw has accused me of this for a year. How did he know? Did he hack my forum???
As for the "15k or whatever" which i note he misquoted in his own verbiage again that is not evidence. As it happens and pointed out by others, in acknowledging this is the number Buzzsaw broke his own NDA. And on the basis of his performance over past days here and elsewhere I fear that TFS may struggle to make even a fraction of that number of sales. They certainly will not make the (multiples of 15k) higher number that Buzzsaw himself told me he will shut down TFS unless they reach. So right now, I can safely predict that there will be no TF6. No future other than North Africa.

I concur, it's going to be hard to even buy TF5 as long as he's running it, and if I don't buy it then you aren't going to see an ACG campaign in it, therefore much lower numbers and no chance of sucking in more people for it. I'm not happy about this, especially as some ACG, especially Bunny, have done such great work for it.
You should retract your statement tbh, I imagined you changed your view out of goodwill and didn't get what you expected.
It's pretty obvious that the only legal case is one he's brought on himself. Should I dig out the recordings I have of confidentiality clause breaches?

Dickie. While he may not be a man of his word, I am. I'm sure that some reading this will find it hard to believe given I'm a "dirty leaker" or a hater or whatever, however I have never broken my word and don't intend to start now. My post stays and I will abide by the statements I made. Whether people think I was motivated to do so by the legal threats or not is up to them.

I think you were motivated by good intentions and honour tbh.

On the subject of integrity. How do people feel about game developers reviewing their own products...?
Re: TFS, 1C and Copyright Infringements and Confidentiality Breaches
It's a pretty shitty thing to do and as far as I'm aware strictly against Steam policy.
