Out of curiosity, what is everyones take on the new update? I bought the Yak-9T. Flies Ok...all around visibility is amazing. I dont have to strain as much to get a good look behind me in VR. The low ammo is bit concerning, but it packed a punch. Have to make the shots count.
For me, jury is still out on graphics. Need to fly more to see if spotting is better or worse. There seems to something with DM and FM....planes seem to take more damage IMO. My graphics card seemed to handle the changes without significant drop in fps/performance.
The 110G2 supposedly was nerfed a bit, but dont be fooled. It is still a monster. I had no problems throwing her around and racked up a ton of kills in CombatBox training server vs. Humans and AI.

I like the g-Meter, because finally we have some hard-evidence early feedback on something you can not simulate as an armchair pilot.
Personally I had no FPS drop/flickering and stuff, but I chose the Intel/nVidia Route 3 years ago for that reason. My guess is we have at least one hotfix until Sunday.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the G-load meter. Thats a good thing to let you manage the load better. Seem to be able to stay awake longer nowKonaber wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 2:01 pmI like the g-Meter, because finally we have some hard-evidence early feedback on something you can not simulate as an armchair pilot.

Re: Update 4.006
I experienced the flickering issue, but when I toyed with the anti aliasing and tried the new MSAA option it ceased.
