I think all the components are there for a half decent campaign, even if its a short one. Its such a different feeling compared to WWII era due to slower speeds, much more cat & mouse with the bombers for a start.

I think it has all the elements (and some new ones) for a great campaign. I would favor a short campaign. However, I can anticipate that some ACG members might not want to have anything to do with it, for various reason, and I can respect that. The tradition of the ACG was made in the WW2 format, and that's what we all signed up for. I guess there was a big debate to go from CoD to BoX at that time. Might the ACG ever go to Korea if there was overwhelming interest? I guess it comes down to defining what the ACG is and what it will be. And since the ACG is "us", there will be different opinions.
But to mention reasons to consider a FC campaign are worth a listen I think.
Alternately, a separate campaign on a different night for those inclined would also interest me.
