Glad you had fun! There will be more of these. As for the bomber event, the answer is yes. However I don´t know when exactly as it does not depend on me, but the owner of the server. He might be waiting on the new clouds that are around the corner, that will surely destroy our performances.

I´m sure VR is real good. However, paying up to 3000$ including the PC upgrades just to get it to a decent performance level isn´t.

Today's mission sees a force of USAF bombers conduct a raid on the industrial district of a key city deep behind enemy lines. MiGs are on alert and interception is highly likely.

Note: This mission will use the WW2 assets pack, which will be free as part of the current trial period on both days, be sure to download it ahead of time.

Rules:
-If you are shot down you may take off again, joining part way through is also allowed.
-You may not take off before the scramble order.
-MiGs may only engage bombers after they have arrived over dry land, use the time before this to set up a strong ambush position.

18:45: Flight Briefing (In Discord)
19:00: Server Opens
19:15: Scramble Order
20:05: RTB Order

Ensure to convert these UTC times to your own local timezone, remember also to account for any daylight savings time in your region.

Mission Directions:
UN Forces
-The bomber force will proceed over K-13 towards Maykop on a bearing of 340 at 27,000ft in two waves ten minutes apart.
-After releasing their payload the bomber force will depart to the southeast.

Communist Forces
-The bomber force will proceed over K-13 towards Maykop on a bearing of 340 at 8.2km in two waves ten minutes apart.
-After releasing their payload the bomber force will depart to the southeast.

Victory Conditions:
UN forces must ensure more that 12 or more of the 24 bombers from releasing their payloads to win. Bombers shot down after releasing their payload or having aborted their attack do not contribute any additional team score
