People rip on Cap but I have found his videos helpful especially his binding videos. Knowing the minimum binds right out of the gate smooths out some of the learning curve.

I especially love 1 Min DCS.

cap does get shit but there videos are very good for getting into it in the 1st place. there are other guys more suited to more in depth stuff, both have their place imo
