Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Mustang D wasn't a thing on D-Day and there are plenty of planes to choose from. And there's a sale going on right now.
And if this doesn't work, you can trial any DCS plane for 2 weeks.

Didn't the K4 not see production before August/September 1944?Storyteller wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 8:53 amMustang D wasn't a thing on D-Day and there are plenty of planes to choose from. And there's a sale going on right now.

Or will you disable the MW50 again?

MW50 will be disabled for the K-4.
So this K-4 holds still some advantages, but not as massive as with MW50.

I'll fly a K4

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Wait it's cutting the Mustang for realism reasons? Even without MW-50 the K4 isn't exactly a G-6.
Also, not in massive numbers by any means, but there were P-51Ds flying sorties over Normandy on D-Day. The numbers weren't terribly different from the first bubbletop Thunderbolts on D-Day.

Re: WW2 DCS mission: D-Day
Realism with this set of planes is kinda impossible. But last DCS mission we had plenty of Mustangs and this time I want more Spitfires, especially because the fight is taking place over the British and Canadian beachheads.Ocelot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 7:55 pmWait it's cutting the Mustang for realism reasons? So go get yourself a trial plane and join. But I won't change the planeset about 10 days before.
