Buddy (pilot) and I (RIO) returning from a successful mission killing Bears. 6 Russian bombers were downed. 4 by Phoenix Missiles, 1 by a Sparrow and 1 by a Sidewinder.

My TID 2 seconds before the first Bear died. 3 others had Phoenix missiles inbound.

My buddy and I's attempt at learning the Tomcat. This is technically our second flight together as the first one was plagued with technical difficulties.

I'm shit at editing video, so apologies in advance.

Verry nice video, may I advice you to fire your phoenix in TWS mode as much as you can. In STT it'll never go pitbull and it's "only" a big F1 missile, you have the range but you lose the benefitt of its own radar.

Thanks Secu! Yeah we figured this out later. I have some video I'm putting together where I successfully down 4 Bears with 4 shots in TWS. I also should have been using VSL during that dog fight but didn't know about it. That has been corrected. Hopefully further videos will show how we've grown since this!

Your screens are always so awesome. I can't wait until we can fly with some other Cats!

The time I finally figured out how to use TWS semi-correctly, as Secu pointed out. Learning learning learning! I suppose I ought to post this in a video thread. I just can't take cool screencaps for crap.
