In red flight. red flight was kind of behind the main group. Spotted a counter attack from Bf-110's on the rest of 501 decided to fill them with a bunch of holes. Landed at Manston with damage to my left wing (friendly fire, someone shoulder shooting).

Got the call from RDF and up 64 went. Patrolled area between Dover and Dungoness for a good 30 minutes before locating a large gaggle of JU-87s on thier way home. Lined up from altitude advantage on the right side of the formation and closed within 150 yards before opening up. Simultaneously, tracers flew past me from behind. I evaded left but my controls locked up at the same time my prop bore into the rudder of the stuka I was firing on.
The midair explosion destroyed both aircraft.
